Log in to Playigo to access your account securely
Playigo Account Login
Playigo lets you sign in to your personal account from a PC through a web browser, or from mobile devices using a mobile browser. The login form uses the same credentials across devices, so one account works on desktop and on mobile without separate registrations.
Access to the personal account requires a registered Playigo account. Without an account, you can browse the site, but deposit actions, withdrawals, and account settings stay locked until you complete registration and sign in.
How To Log In To Your Playigo Account
- Open the Playigo website in a browser or launch the Playigo mobile app.
- Click Log in on the top bar or the start screen.
- Enter the email address or username linked to your Playigo account, then type your password.
- Click Log in to access your account. If Playigo requests verification, complete the one-time code step to finish sign-in.
Account Verification After Login At Playigo
Verification starts from the account area after the first login and finishes when the operator approves the uploaded files; the status stays visible as “Pending”, “Approved”, or “Rejected”.
Playigo requests verification when you withdraw, when cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach internal AML limits, when you change personal data, or when logins trigger a security check (new device, new IP, repeated failed logins).
The operator rejects files that are expired, cropped, blurry, edited, or do not match the account details; a new upload is required and the withdrawal stays on hold until approval.
- ID: Passport, national ID card (both sides), or driver’s license; the file must show full name, date of birth, document number, issue/expiry dates, and a clear photo.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 3 months; it must show your full name, full address, issue date, and the issuer’s logo or header.
- Payment method: For cards, a photo showing first 6 and last 4 digits with the name visible and the CVV hidden; for e-wallets, a screenshot of the account page showing your name and the wallet ID or email.
- Source of funds (when requested): Payslip, tax return, bank statements, or sale/contract documents; Playigo requests this when transactions require an AML check.
Login Security Measures At Playigo
- 2FA: Playigo supports two-factor authentication via an authenticator app (TOTP). After you enable 2FA in the account security settings, each login requires your password plus a 6-digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds. Save the backup recovery codes offline; if you lose your phone, those codes are the fastest way to restore access.
- Password: Use a unique password that you do not reuse on email, banking, or other casinos. Build it with 12+ characters, mixing upper- and lower-case letters, numbers, and symbols, and avoid names, birthdays, and common patterns like “Password123” or keyboard sequences. Store it in a password manager and change it immediately if you receive a breach alert for any service where you used the same password.
- Notifications: Playigo can send security alerts for new logins, password changes, 2FA changes, and withdrawal-related actions through email and, where enabled, SMS or in-account messages. Turn on login alerts, review the timestamp and device details in each message, and act on unexpected activity by changing the password, resetting sessions, and re-checking 2FA settings.
